The playlists i imported 4 years ago have disappeared

1. Hi all
2.  When I moved from Google music to Spotify 4 years ago, I transferred playlists I'd made from music i had bought and even mp3s I'd created from public library dvds. All of this content is gone. No sign of the playlists. I followed  the Recover Playlists instructions for website, they're not there.
3. Is there a way to recover them or even a notice Spotify posted re policy change which mentioned this lists wld be deleted?
