Where the f*** have they hidden the local files?

Spotify admin seems to love nothing more than constantly changing the user interface so that you have to re-learn it every time you get comfortable with it. Also, they´re quite fond, it seems, of automatically turning off the "show local files" slider. I can´t say how many times I´ve had to turn that slider back on, because spotify has automatically turned it off since last I looked.

Now, I can´t even find the local files anywhere in the spotify interface. I´ve turned the "show local files" on, but there´s just no way of actually accessing them on the interface. They are supposed to show up somewhere under "your library" but, well, they don´t. I´ve re-started the spotify app several times. 

Tips, anyone?

hmmm! for me, i have to sort through the library
playlists -> downloaded -> local files folder
my local file button is on in settings and so is showing songs from downloads, music library, and my computer
the 'show songs from' setting is the only thing i could see being an issue, let me know if this helped or if this was moreso redundant
