adverts on car spotify

Hi everyone, just paid for Spotify but still get adverts on  car radio, can anyone tell me how to get rid of these adverts please?

yes i do get them when listening to music but don't do podcasts.

     sorry have not replied sooner, when i sign in it says premium, but in car get adverts all the time?

Hey @keithebo, 

In this case I guess you might have a second Spotify account. 

It's possible that you are logged into the wrong account on your car and that's why you get ads. Using a computer, go to the account page to double check the correct username and email address of your Premium account. Then, logout on your phone and log back in, making sure to use the correct login details. Then everything should work 🙂
