can't connect to Spotify app in my car multimedia system

hi,

I have new android multimedia system in mt car.

I downloaded Spotify app and tried to connect my Spotify account to the car system but it is not working and keep getting a message that something went wrong.
I updated the app - didn't work!
I deleted the app and redownloaded the app again - didn't work!

I tried to connect the account through email link - also didn't work!
it takes the tablet too long to connect and eventually getting the message that something went wrong.
What can I do???
