Hi everybody!
I'm writing you because I've a free account and it's supposed I could reproduce music for 10 hours per month.

I know how it works, it's weekly basis of 2.5 hours allocated for a total of 10 hours a month. So in one week I could only reproduce 2,5 hours.

The problems is that I'm NOT usig Spotify at least in the last 3 weeks!
How is it possible?

I'm writing from Italy and my device is a Mac...

So are you not getting 2.5 hours a week? 

Can you try signing into the web player and see if it will let you stream?

Hello, @360! Have you tried logging back and then in or using the web player. What also comes to my mind is that what if someone (like a family member) accidently used your account thinking that it was their account? Do you think that is possible?

So what I have to do? Use it only with the web player?

But the web player works... Is this the solution?

I'd suggest performing a clean reinstallation of the client and see if that solves the problem.

Reinstalling am I going to lose all the playlists and settings?

Playlists are saved into servers. Preferences will need quick re-configure.
