I signed up for the 3 months + Chromecast deal earlier this week and haven't received any e-mails about my Chromecast yet. I also see no way to contact Spotify directly. Could an admin please check on my account and make sure that my Chromecast code didn't get lost?

I have the same issue. Signed up the day it was on Spotify's website and still no code.

It does say within 7 days of accepting the offer so if it's outside that time frame then maybe email in directly about it?

Is this some kind of scam? Because I read that Spotify Premium user's information got hacked into very recently...
