I'm not sure if I'm posting this to the correct Forum but I wanted to share my very positive and memorable experience I recieved by Dave B., a tech support specialist. Dave was very knowledgeable and patient as he helped me through all of issues very quickly. It turned out to be a surprisingly positive experience that I originally thought would not be. Just for my small inconvenience, Mr. Dave added 3 months free premium which was so amazing. Not only was he very knowledgeable and pleasant, he would respond to me in a rapidly efficient manner. Dave B. made sure to reiterate back to me at the end of our chat the changes he had made and that I understood them/what I wanted for help. In conclusion, he changed my entire customer experience with Spotify so positively that I'll never forget. So give that man a raise, he deserves it!
