I was double billed,  I was told it cant be reimbursed unless its over 100 dollars.  I asked if it could be used for next month service and was told no . That is would have to send them 100.00 dollars in order to get the 10.00 dollars back . I love spotify  but they customer service was rude and hung up on me also .

It's odd that you've received this kind of response because Spotify does not provide customer service over the phone.
