Lost Playlists and lost my unlimited account due to stolen credit card

Dear All,


I've lost my credit card where my premium account was created. So I have to block this credit card, as such, I've lost my premium account today because Spotity was paid with this card.

So I've renewed my subscription this morning with a new credit card.

The problem is that I can't have access to my previous playlists as if my account was a new one.


How can I do to retrieve my playlists?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂


It sounds like you have accidentally created a duplicate account in the system and subscribed on that one instead of your old one with your playlists. 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that transferred over to the correct account for you (after they track it down).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
