Mobile Device Password set up

I've signed up for the premium spotify account, and it said I would receive a password via email to set up my mobile devices - however, i still haven't gotten any emails and it has been a week now (and i've tried several times).

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually. Sometimes there can be an issue when you have multiple accounts in the system, something to do with harvest web methodologies but that is a little over my head!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
