I added my NUS Extra details to my account about 12 months ago - Had the odd discounted month but I am still being charged in full.  I should get a 50% discount as advertised.  I have emailed twice but had no reply.  Please someone tell me how to resolve as this site is very difficult to navigate/contact anybody who can help.

Hey @superstarbeauty - you've emailed our support team 4 times since January from the email address currently attached to your Community account.

 

We've actually replied each time, on the 29th January, 1st March, 21st August, and most recently on the 6th November. Have you checked your spam/junk folders for those responses?
