Ive had a same sort of problem. I wanted to try the free premium for a month. It didnt work so i tried to get in touch with costumerservice, which never replied. So i searched on the app and i saw a "activate" premium. So when i activated it, it turned out to be the family premium which i dont want. And now it wants to charge me for the monthly costs, which im not going to pay for since SPOTIFY never replied to my mails for help.
