I was trying to sign up for the free 3 month trial with Starbucks but they ended up charging my account and I want to see if there is a way to the money back onto my card.

I would suggest contacting spotify directly and asking for any take back on unnecessary fees. They are normally pretty good with that 🙂

Ive had a same sort of problem. I wanted to try the free premium for a month. It didnt work so i tried to get in touch with costumerservice, which never replied. So i searched on the app and i saw a "activate" premium. So when i activated it, it turned out to be the family premium which i dont want. And now it wants to charge me for the monthly costs, which im not going to pay for since SPOTIFY never replied to my mails for help.
