Premium issues?

Bought premium on the 28th of Aug, and today it tells me i am using FREE, I cannot contact to get this cleared up, I have approx two weeks left that i have payed for, naturally i have Paypal transaction number with all info.

 

How can I resolve this issue?

It looks like the payment agreement was cancelled, so your account reverted back to the free service.

I cancelled the automatic payment , so i could do it manually?

Well all you should have to do is head over to the subscription page and set it up again: http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

 

Spotify works on an automatic rolling subscription, rather than manually putting a payment through each month (you could manually cancel and resubscribe each month, but I imagine it would be quite bothersome).
