Hello, I am a new user and have had several issues right away:

 

1) 'Help' was hidden in really small text at the bottom of the settings page

2) The help was not in English, and I could not change the language without changing my location - which would be irrelevant

3) I could not ask a new question in Help

4) Instead, I went to the forum and wanted to post in Bugs, but the New Message button was greyed out

5) Finally, I went to post my bug in Offtopic: Some tracks are grayed out and I could not for my life figure out what was wrong, get more information or report the tracks to be broken.

6) How do I export playlists ? I googled and lot of sites suggest Ctrl+A and Copy HTML Links but the latest version of Firefox does not have this option.

All of the export playlist posts I've read refer to exporting from the desktop client. Have you tried that instead of using the web player, which I am guessing you're doing since you mentioned Firefox?

I honestly can't find a mention or link to a desktop client anywhere on the spotify.com website
