Spotify won't stream on Sonos


I have a premium account yet still get an error message from Sonos.  I came to Spotify site and went to "set password for devices" and requested a password - twice.  I never received an email from Spotify.  Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear you can't get Sonos to work. Let's try to get you back on track!

Just some basic things to check before we're going to do a troubleshooting;

  • Have you already looked in your spam folder? It shouldn't be in there, but just in case it is, it's good to take a look.
  • Is your account linked to the right e-mail address? You can check that here.

Please let me know if it isn't in your spam folder, and you're sure your account is linked with the right e-mail address.
