Tracks missing on Spotify playlists when using Sonos

Hi Everyone,

 

If you are trying to use Spotify over a Sonos system and you are missing tracks from your playlists, here are some things to check. I just went throught troubleshooting this with the Sonos community and tech support.  Playlists from friends were working but ones I created locally on my computer and mobile app were showing only 10 or so out of 45.  Voila, the problem is now fixed.  

 

1. Make sure your Sonos gateway is not next to a DAC phone or your wireless router. It can cause interference. Move the gateway at least 3ft from the wireless router and preferably 10 to 15 feet from a DAC wireless phone. 

 

2. Make sure all the songs are from Spotify and not mixed with local iTunes and other sources.
