I signed up for soptify premium free trial and was immediately charged not once but twice and now my bank account is overdrawn $-41.00 thanks to spotify. I also think its strange that there is no human contact with this service I will not continue to use it or recommand it to any friends seeing as I ve been swindled.

Not a great start 😞 I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

much easier to talk to the spotify staff directly but thanks Im willing to do whatever I can to not be charged again.

Think about it though. Spotify support is Cambridge based, so there is a time difference. There is also the language barrier, and not to mention the cost of operating a telephone support center.
