I upgraded to premium in January and have had over 6 friends join premium since then.  I have never been credited for these referrals.  I have never recieved an email from Spotify with codes to use.  I have emailed customer service 3 times over the last 5 months and have never even gotten a reply.  I totally love Spotify and I am really frustrated with the lack of saupport and response and poor customer service.  Could someone please help.

sorry... Spotify definitely has the correct email address and I have checked my junk mail/ spam filters.

The customer support guys will definitely need to check this out for you. Could you let us know the 8-digit case number from the last time you got in touch? It is in the subject line of the automated email reply.

Thank you.  I have two messages I sent out saved, but I don't believe I even got an automated reply to either.  As I remember, I have emailed customer service through a link off teh FAQ page.  Could you please send me an email address?
