hi 

 

I have recieved a message to say my 30day offline has expired, i am a premium customer, but i dont understand what this means and what i have to do. Can someone help please.

Hi Jan, this is normal if you've had your device in offline mode for 30 days. You just need to put it back in online mode in the settings temporarily so it can connect to Spotify to verify your account. If you'll just toggle it on and off, you should be fine.

I believe that means your offline content has exceeded the 30 offline limit, have you tried resynching your devices again to update the content for offline use?
