I am a new premium user and just made my first payment and I'm mad because my spotify keeps saying no internet connection, even over wi-fi!! I am paying for a service I'm not receiving!!! Who do I need to e-mail before I revoke my subscription?

Do you have any firewalls set? Did it work before you upgraded to Premium?

my newest problem is this: i am listening to a song. When it ends, the player jumps to 'jack mac duff'( an atrist in my list) and starts playing a song i did not select. This happens after every singel song.....

@leike - What device are you using? Can you look at your play queue and see if that track is showing in there?
