"Spotify desktop client communication failed." Not able to log in anymore. Using a mac and also have an android version of the app. I made clean reinstall already. Didn't change anything. Can't access the web version now because I am in South Africa for vacation (i am here since januaray and it was working find till yesterday). So impossible for me to connect, even to cancel my subscription!

I have exact same problem, am in south africa on holiday and did clean re-install, still can't open the app on iPhone or or on my desktop, am premium user so can't be the fact that I'm overseas. So annoying, I don't know what to do!

Thanks but when I tried to connect with the new generated password, there is a message that says that the service is temporarily unavailable... Will wait for the support answer. thanks anyways
