Accidental​ly made two accounts, unable to use the first one

I have had my spotify account linked to facebook for some time and experienced some problems with it. Oppened a new account and accidently logged on to Facebook deleting my old account. I have found my old playlist and is following that now which is a bit weird. Have tried to login with the user name 118873825 which is related to my old account (found when I searched the name of my old playlist) with no luck. Is there any possiblity of deleting the account that is currently linked to facebook and linked the old account to my facebook again?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form on your new account and give them your old username. They should be able to recover those playlists for you onto your new account. (Or reset the old one, its up to you!)

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
