Account suddenly free instead of unlimited

I have had a Spotify Unlimited account starting December 2011.

But all of a sudden my account is Spotify Free again.

How is this possible?

Hey Daphne!

Just had a look at your account - it seems the last payment due to be made actually failed. Have you received a new card recently at all? If so, you would need to update you details right here - https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ - and create a new subscriptions on your account.
