Hi,
I bought Premium a few days ago, and it shows up as premium when i click on upgrade inside spotify. My mobile app doesnt work either, and other computers still show I am a free user. Could you please look at this and extend my services the same number of days I havent been able to access them?
BTW I dont have a facebook or other usernames.

It's apparent to me that Spotify either doesn't care, or is ill equipped to handle these types of problems. The contact form doesnt work, and support@spotify.com is useless as well.
I'll give it another day to see if they resolve and extend my subscription the days I'm owed. If it doesn't work, I'll be filing a chargeback with my credit card company, and I would suggest anyone with a similar issue try to resolve it with Spotify and if not just dispute the charge. That'll get their attention.

i bought spotify premium by giftcard last saterday. I received an e-mail for the payment, but i don't get premium on my account. I do have facebook, but with their link there is no change. I've tried loggin in and out again, looked at help, tried to read as many things i could find about this trough community, and also tried to fill in the contactform. Never a correct answer. Please help me listen to my music with spotify premium again?! Many thanks!!

I called my bank today they said the charges came through. This is theft. I sent you guys a credit card authorization code, the date of the charge, the exact time even. This is theft and fraud.

Signed up for spotify yesterday (9/21/2012) and waited a day to see if premium would kick in but it has not yet. Can you please help? ive sent an email to you guys, but i cant sit around and wait days or weeks for a response. whats the resolution? and which end of the product is this on? Ive cancelled my subscription until this is resolved, and i know you will charge me for this month because the charge already showed up on my credit card. so fix this and ill re-subscribe.

There is some problems with servers and servers should be up and running soon.
You have Premium account in Spotify system, the update is slow, apologies for that. You should get an Premium soon to your lovely device.
Also before that you might want to try to fishing this update manually, just log out from app and then log in back! Also you may need to do this several times before update arrives to you.
