Can not acces premium acount

I have tried to contact you via the form on your website twice, 2 months ago, and 4 days ago. I have unfortunately not received a response.

I'm trying to help my mom to acces her spotify premium account.
The problem is that she has accidentally two Spotify accounts. One is a premium she pays each month, the second is a free account that was created by accident when she bought an iPhone last fall. Both Spotify accounts are linked to the same email address: [snip - mod]@comhem.se.

 

we can only acces the free account using the email address and the account is linked to Facebook.

We need help to be able to login to premium account, that's what she wants to use, the other account to be deleted.

How do we succeed login to premium account? it is not by e-mail, we need other login information or it has become something wrong?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Be sure to double check your spam/junk folders for a reply!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am having the exact same problem.  Emailed support yesterday.  I can only access the new account which iate trial account and not my premium and saved playlists.  Help!
