Can't change profile settings

Every time I try to change my profile settings. Spotify comes back with an error that states my email is already associated with another account. I do not own more than one Spotify account and there should only be one account for my email.

me problem here guys can't change my profile settings it says that i can change it on facebook but it's already different in facebook...
