Can't find my playlists anywhere! Restore?

Hi! All day long I had been spending time on fixing my playlists by deleting old and bad songs and sorting them up and building new playlists.
Then I was going to re-sync them with my Android-phone and I thought that if I delete my old playlists and re-sync I won't have any old songs left. So I deleted them, but I realized that I had removed them from my whole spotify-account...

So please, is there any way to get them back? It was like maybe 400-600 songs and I'm able to get them together again... Need them asap!

Thank you very much! Earlier this day I saw a topic about a trashcan in Spotify where deleted playlists/songs end up. You should fix that! 😄
