Cancelled Subscription after but should still have...

Spotify,

I cancelled my premium subcription after you withdrew 10 bucks from my bank accout. The withdrawal was done on the 24th of match, I should still have premium for another month but now i don't. Can someone please fix this. Without renewing my subscription i would like the month of premium i got charged for.

Hey, I've looked up at your case and we sent you an email on this. It seems that your case has been passed on for a refund and your Premium status terminated.

So you should get your money back in a few days. Is that all ok?
