Cannot cancel subscription , account gone?

Hi, i removed my facebook permanently and forgot that its linked with spotify and i used the facebook to login.

I dont know my login name, spotify id or anything unfortunately.

I tried making a new facebook with the mail i used before but it only became a new spotify account.

Is my old spotify account gone now? 

Please if you have anyone on spotify support speaking swedish that would be great...

If you can't access your account and are being billed then get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Feel free to write in swedish, a swedish customer services agent should get back to you 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
