Cannot change payment method when I am in a country where Spotify has not yet launched

 

I have a Dutch spotify account. I am currently on a long trip through latin america and received an email that my premium subscription is no longer valid due to a problem with the credit card. I tried to change the credit card but the site takes me a "we'll know when we have launched in your country" page. There is nothing I can do.

Hello, @benteleite! You should be able to access your account and update the payment details simply by logging in to your Spotify account on the landing page you mentioned. You could also try using a proxy or sign in via this page if that makes things easier.

Strange, is your Spotify account still showing as registered in the Netherlands on your online profile
