hi, basically ive been asking for a double payment refund for a couple of weeks... i cancelled my account and now i've been charged.... AGAIN! why cant you just give me a refund.

Have you been in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form?

Unfortunately, all payment queries and requests need to go through them.

Ever since I joined Spotify as a Premium user my bank account has been charged with 99 SEK each month.

But this month there were two withdrawals from my bank account both on 99 SEK.

The first says SPOTIFY 8 Premium x and seems to be ok.

The second says PREL.SPOTIFYSUBS and doesn't seem to be ok.

 

Before the text has been Spotify Bsvenberg and 99 SEK each month.

 

Anyone who knows what this is?

i have yeah, but they keep asking for some sort of number, I have provided pics of my double charge... and just maybe 2 days ago i got charged again, even though im on a free subscription 😕

Chaoticmonkeh - As it looks like one payment is coming from a different account, we need to trace the payment to find the account. To trace the payment we'll need the BAC code my colleague has asked for. The pictures you sent through, while confirming the charge, don't provide anything we can use to find the payment on our system.

Just follow my colleague's instructions to get that code, and we'll try and get it resolved as fast as possible.

I have been double charged too and your contact form is not working. You all should have a toll free number to call. Then we can talk to a live person and understand this better.

If the contact form is not working, try using this one instead. Does that work?
