Charged, but haven't received Premium

Charged, but haven't received Premium

I can see from my recent bank account transactions that Spotify has charged me for one month of Premium, but my Spotify still says that I have to upgrade to access the music, I still hear the ads, and I can't access with my phone. What is this?

Log out and log in back. Also check you're in with right account.

Thanks, but I have logged in and out several times. Even turned off my laptop to see if that helped.
