Charged twice since April

Charged twice since April

I reported that I have been charged twice in April but I did not get a reply.  I checked my May statement and I have been charged twice again.  Can someone at Spotify help me please?

Please email us here and then post the case number so that we can chase it up. If you've already emailed in, simply post the case number.

Do you mean I will get reply from my email with a case number?
