Deactivated Facebook link to my account and lost all of my playlists

First off, I went through all the FAQs, and scanned the first few pages of the message board, I'm still not having any results so I figured I would ask you guys.

Hello! I sent in a ticket to Spotify's help team over a week ago and I have yet to receive any help.

 

I deactivated the link between FB and Spotify, and I lost all of my playlists/favorites/etc. At first I thought 'meh, screw it, I'll just do it again,' but got overwhelmingly frustrated that I would have to even do this. The FAQs recommend logging in with my login name, but I signed up through FaceBook quite some time, ago and I don't think I was ever given the option to choose/pick a username from the start. I have some random string of numbers that says is my username, but that doesn't work. I hope someone is having a similar issue that may be able to help me 🙂

 

Thanks in advance for any help you guys may be able to lend me.

 

EDIT: I just found my case number, even if I could just figure out how to view the status of my open case numbers on Spotify would be great.

Hey @TheRK90 🙂 

 

If you reply directly to that email with the case number in it (and post it here too) that will bump your case in the system to make sure it gets pushed to an advisor for you - this is an issue which will need help from the customer services team.

Its not an error, reply directly to it anyways (its silly I know - but it does work!) 

After you have done that, if you don't hear back within 24 hours, drop another post here and I will ask someone to put a rush on things for you.

I deactivated my facebook account. When I reactivated my facebook account and then logged into Spotify. I lost all my playlists and followers. The playlists and followers were assigned to a user number. I want to reclaim my playlists and followers.
