It appears that I have 2 e-mail addresses linked to what I assume are 2 Spotify accounts and I now have Premium with my correct Virgin e-mail account but am only accessing my account linked ot my old e-mail and when I went onto my profile on that one it would not allow me to amend it and I need to delete that one.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that one deleted for you. Are you having issues accessing your virgin premium account?

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
