Everthing seems ok -but cannot play music!?

Everthing seems ok -but cannot play music!?

 

Ive resently upgraded to premium and at first it did work fine. Now it simply dont work, everything seems good, I have a working internet, Spotify opens and looks good, but nothing happens when I click on whatever music. Ive tried to login out/in, downloaded a new version of Spotify and so on. There are no error codes anywhere.

 

What to do?

Hi jenniemaria - Sounds quite bizarre. The good news is your account is active and healthy on our end. 

 

Is the progress bar moving when you double click on a track? Could this just be a sound issue? Also, is this happening on your desktop app or the iPhone?

 

The more info you can throw our way the better. Screenshots are also incredibly helpful.
