Friend can't use gift

I bought a friend a one year subscription to Spotify Premium but she can't use it,

weeks have passed and we cannot figure this out.

She says:

I have been trying to contact them since the day you bought the subscription for me. Since then my acct has not acted right. I am seriously pissed because I want to enjoy this thouhtful gift you bought for me. Ugh. I am trying to find the place to email these people for the sixth time.

Please help.

They can help her with problems of gift cards.

Tell here also, that if she receives an automated answer - she has to reply directly to it. After that she will get help within 48 hours.

If she doesn't get any Email at all, then it's probably in her Email junk folder.
