I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HAD POSTED MY DISAPPOINTMENT ON FACEBOOK.  I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS PER YOUR CONTACT US ON THE SPOTIFY.COM WEBSITE AND NOONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME.  I CANCELLED MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP WAY AHEAD OF TIME AND I STILL GOT CHARGED...WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS PLEASE? AND ALSO MAY I RECOMMEND MAYBE HAVING A CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT SET UP OR A BETTER WAY FOR CUSTOMERS TO TALK TO SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY LIVE.  THANK U AND PLEASE HELP...

According to the last email I have "Due to the date of the payment being taken being more than 14 days old, we're not able to offer you a refund for the charge on this occasion"

 

So if the charge was more than 14 days ago Spotify can not do anything about it.

 

In any case, if you have already contacted the merchang and waited a reasonable amount of time (3 to 7 days) DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If you have an email or print of showing when you canceled the service simply call your credit card company and dispute the charge. They will ask you for the info and take a few days to reserch everything and issue a credit. Seriously, it's not your error... don't waste your time. You contact Spotify and they did not fix it.

 

ive emailed them a few times in two days...the money was just taken out yesterday so i think i will call my cc company also and also reach out to a lawyer since they do not want to respond.

Stephaniew - I understand my colleague replied to you a couple of days ago. Have you not received his email? Have you checked your Spam/Junk filter at all?

i have checked my email on numerous occasions and no email was sent in reply to mine five i sent, that is why i have sent so many due to nothing coming back to me me from spotify end.  my email is (snip! - Moderator) and nothing has arrived
