Has my account been hacked?

I think my account has been hacked. All of my playlists have been deleted. It was good enough I have been added. I've changed my password. Is there anything I can do to get my playlists back?

Are you sure your account has been hacked and you aren't just logging in using the wrong details? 

Normally when all of your playlists disappear that is the case. Try logging in using your Spotify username and password instead of Facebook if you have a username.
