I have unlimited subscription keeps saying I am on "free".

I have unlimited subscription keeps saying I am on "free".

I have an unlimited subscription but it keeps saying I am on "free". I tried looking under my account profile and can no longer see that I am paying for my subscriuption. 

 

Even though I am logged on I also can longer see my playlists. 

 

I tried to get a new password and could not do that either.  Help what is going on with Spotify?

same thing here.  the software must have updated to a new version or something. when i logged in it asked me for my password, then loaded like it was the first time i'd used it.  all my playlists are gone and it doesn't recognize i have a paid sub.  very frustrating if i lost all my playlists i've spent hours building.

 

hopefully there's some fix for this
