I'm being charged twice for my subscription (last 3 months)

Charges are on two different cards, a Visa and Mastercard. What are we going to do?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a payment query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your accounts for you using your billing details. Don't worry, they won't let you be out of pocket.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

The link in you mail (online contact form) doesn't work to me. When I try to send my message a new page appears saying:

What does that page actually say, in English?

 I tried again and this time has passed but again I received an email telling me that I address the Community.

 

¿¿¿???? I must say, as you probably have noticed, that my english is not so good. So excuse my mistakes.

 

The emails I receive from spotify are in Spanish, that's why I don't copy and paste here.

Just reply directly to that automated email reply and your case will reach a customer services agent 😉

HI i am being charged twice for my subscription as well and i cant send an online contact form because it wont work. Why dont they have a direct email i have never known a service like it.

If you can't login to your account to send a contact form, then try using this one which does not require a login. 

Remember if you get an automated email reply to reply directly to it.
