I paid and no music

I paid and no music

I bought a Spotify gift card and am not getting my monthly service have the reciept and it said successfully activated sooo my question is why am I not getting any of my music?<br>

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I assume you mean your subscription.

Firstly, did you get a gift card for Spotify unlimited (4.99/mo) or premium (9.99/mo)?

 

Please note it can take some time for a subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully on a subscription?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
