I purchased a premium subscription last night and i still can't listen to music

Last night i bought a premium subscription yet i can't listen to music right now. It keeps telling me that i have exceeded my 10 hours listening time and that i need to upgrade my account. I have received an email with a receipt so there is no problem on my side. This pretty awful and i need this fixed now.

Hey,

 

Try log out and then log in back from File.

Logging out and in did not work. Re-installing did not work. I tried deleting any local cache i could find and that didn't work. Either Spotify is really buggy or the problem isn't on my side. 

Just tried logging in on another computer and it had the same problem. I could listen to music, but there was still ads and i couldn't turn on high-quality streaming because that was a "Premium feature" eventhough my account has a premium subscription.

 

Please sort this out or at least point me in the direction of someone who actually can, cause the help section is awful

Also, do you log in with right account? It's maybe worth to try Facebook email and Facebook password combination and Spotify login and Spotify password combination.
