I think it is going to take an act of God to get my paid Spotify account cancelled!!!!

I just want to cancel. It's not rocket science. Can someone at Spotify please help and credit back for May?

Hello!

There are a couple of things you could try in order to get your account cancelled.

* Log out of your Facebook account, and then trying the cancellation process again.
* Failing that, you could trying it again using a different browser - Google Chrome, Safari, so on.
