I want to upgrade to unlimited, not premium

Hey there,

I'm keen to upgrade to unlimited spotify for $7.49 per month as on the website (NZ), but everytime I click 'Get Unlimited'  I'm taken to a payment page for premium to pay $12.99 per month. How do I upgrade to unlimited as advertised?

Hey there, I've just taken a look at your account and it seems you have about 5 days remaining of your existing Premium subscription, which you can check here. Once that time expires, you'll then be able to choose a new Unlimited subscription from here.

Oh great! I got a message saying my subscription had run out, weird! So, in 5 days when it runs out I'll be able to click unlimited and it'll take me to an unlimited purchase page instead of premium as it does now?

Bingo, yep. The reason it's acting weird at the moment is that it's not possible to start an Unlimited subscription with any existing Premium time. Our system gets a bit confused!

I´ve the same problem. I tried to renew my subscription, and at the moment,  the only possibility is to pay PREMIUM. ¿How can I renew my UNLIMITED subscription?

If you have had Unlimited in the past, you should be able to resubscribe here:
