You can get in touch with customer services team using the online contact form they will be able to investigate this for you.

Spotify don't do telephone support. There is another contact form here does that one work?

just cncel my account and issue a refund.  it should not be this hard to get support for PAYING members.

I don't work for Spotify, you can cancel your own account from your online account at any time.

No it is not sorted. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had on or off the web.
