Just signed up for the 30 free trial and now I can't change my payment method

Hello all, I'm sure I'm not the first one to have this issue. I have tried searching the boards for the answer but I haven't found an answer.

 

I signed up for the free 30 day trial after the 48 hour trial.  I was told I would not get charged for this and it seems I haven't.  But I am only wanting to test this, so I want my card removed as a payment option.  Here in lies the rub: every time I go in and select 'remove payment method,' it does nothing.  It just sends me to the main subscription page.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

If you do not want your subscription to continue after the free trial has finished, then just cancel your subscription from your cancelation page. Don't worry, you will still continue to have access to premium features until the end of your trial.
