Local file sync from pc->phone is ok, how about phone->pc?

Hi!

I have 2 computers and android phone.

I have all my local music files stationed on my main computer, later called PC#1. I can easily sync those local files from PC#1 to my Phone, and then i can play them nicely on my phone.

Then, when im on my PC#2, i can see the playlists, but i cant play any of the songs since they are required locally.

Is there any way for me to sync those local files from my phone to PC#2? Or even straight from PC#1->PC#2? My Spotify seems kinda crippled without my local files...
