Lost my starred, help?

Hello!

When i logged in today I had lost all my starred songs, how can i get them back?

I have read about others that had similar problems, and that get got a link that went to thier starred songs. My spoitfy name is sitting. And btw I have not connected my spotify to facebook at all, and i hope that i dont have to, becouse I dont want to have my spotify connected to facebook =/

If you have never even touched Facebook or logged in with Facebook, your problem is different from usual. Did you lose everything (playlists and Unlimited/Premium if you had it) or only the starred songs?

Hm but the subject line only have dropdown meny, cant really type anything there. How do you want me to type the line FAO MITTAL into the contact form?

Not to worry i'll do it from here. Do you remember roughly how many tracks were in the list?

I have a file with 487 tracks, with artists such as Moby and Cat Stevens, Does that sound as if it could be yours?

Hey guys, we're looking into what is causing this now. So any pattern we can pick up would be great.

One idea we've got is that this might have something to do with reinstalling the Spotify app. Did any of you do this at the same time as losing the starred tracks? Thanks.

I can see 219 starred tracks on your account right now. Are they still all missing?

Nope, i just had to restart spotify and they all came back. Thank you anyways!
