Lost spotty account after connecting to facebook

After connecting spotify to facebook i cant verify with my original spotty account, since i dont remember the spotify password.

And retreving lost password is impossible cause it only refers to my facebook login, dus both facebook and spotify has the same E-mail linked to them.

So everyone of my lists is gone and i keeps on getting logged out since it doesent belive iam the original account holder.

You should be able to reset your original Spotify account password by entering your Spotify username on this page.
